Working at Féron
This is what our employees say
We are only as successful as our employees. No matter whether in production, research, administration or sales, our team is the best thing that can happen to a company.
“What I love about Féron is the opportunity to continuously develop myself further and to receive the support necessary for that from the company.”
Dominik Golbach (Head of Warehouse/Logistics)
“I started at Féron during the corona virus period, when I had no other option. I stayed because the teamwork is very pleasant on both the personal and professional level. You can talk and laugh with colleagues as well as your managers. Which makes you feel at ease in the company.”
Sarah Hilfer (Quality Control Operational employee)
“I like working at Féron because I appreciate the close collaboration within the team and the family atmosphere gives me the feeling that my work is valued and that I can make a direct contribution to the company’s success.”
Fabian Görres (Coating employee)
“For me, Aluminium Féron is an employer that offers autonomous work and plenty of freedom, while a great team and a positive working environment create an inspiring atmosphere. I appreciate the support for the development of my personality and the many opportunities for further training, which help me to continuously develop myself further.”
Sabrina Körfer (Internal Sales employee)
This is what your career at Féron could look like as well
Féron has evolved as a family-owned and operated company and we have always been a bit of that, a family. Starting with us as an apprentice and making a career at the company is not uncommon. Some of our colleagues tell us what it was like for them.
