Our answers to frequently asked questions

 

Which storage conditions should be observed?

We recommend storage for a maximum of 12 months in original packaging under storage conditions of + 5 to + 40°C and 50 ± 20 % r.h.

What is the minimum order quantity?

Our standard qualities in standard width have a minimum order quantity of 1,000 sqm.  Special qualities and special widths must be checked individually.

In which unit are the prices indicated?

Our prices are in euros per 100 sqm.

Are there processing instructions that must be observed immediately before printing?

Our products should be placed in the press room 24 hours before processing for acclimatisation purposes. The original packaging must be completely removed. Sheet material should also be completely fanned out.

Are finished products on stock?

No, we only stock master rolls. Both roll and format can be assembled according to your requirements in order to supply your ideal format.

What are the standard widths of the master rolls?

In most cases, our products are stocked in 1,000 mm. However, this differs for some qualities, especially MONOTEX L. Please contact us for more information.

How many linear metres are on a roll?

The roll length can be freely specified.

Are the products suitable for direct contact with food?

This depends on the specific product and will of course be confirmed in writing.

Which cardboard core can be used?

We can assemble roll to 70, 76, 150 or 152 mm.

Is there a running direction that must be observed?

With TRITEX, the running direction must be observed as with paper. This does not apply to our MONOTEX qualities. The running direction is irrelevant here.
