These strips for flexible tins can be supplied according to various specifications in terms of aluminium alloys, plastic film thicknesses and colors, to fit the processing tools with which they will be used. Technical data:
  • Aluminium alloys: 8011, 3005, temper H0
  • Aluminium thickness: from 70 µm to 250 µm
  • Polypropylene film thickness: 30 µm oder 50 µm
  • Lacquering: color as specified by client on an epoxy base
  • Sterilisation stability in water or steam at 129°C/264.2°F for up to 45 minutes
  • Lubrication: can be done if requested by client; generally a total amount of 0.5-0.7 g/m²
  • Reel widths: variable reel widths from 50 mm to 1,400 mm (2 in. to 56 in.)
  • Core: paperboard or steel in 76 mm/3.04 in. and 152 mm/6.08 in. diameter
